Special Announcement:  Post  September 1, 2010:

Final Weekend for the Summer and we will close our Office from Thursday September 2 to Monday September 6. We will reopen Tuesday, September 7. After Tuesday September 7 we will return to our Autumn and Winter Schedule, which means, on Fridays our office is open, but our phone lines are closed. We will work by appointments only. Also it is the return of Free Consultation Day Fridays.

To Our Clients, we have created a unique way for you to contact us with your daily instructions. We have created a Client Only voicemail; call the voicemail with your instructions about the work you what us to do. Leave a voicemail any time during the day or at night, it will be checked periodically during the day and it will be the first thing we check when we open our office.  Only on board clients will have access to this number.

Every Second and Fourth Friday Until June 30;   Our Phone lines will be closed, but not our office. Our Receptionist will answer our phone from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  We will only accept emails, voicemails, instant Messenger, schedule appointments and faxes.  This will  be known as FREE CONSULTATION FRIDAYS.

Beginning in June 2009  we will add to our Contact Us paraphernalia  two (2) new AfterHours Voicemail.  These lines will be opened from 5:30 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. EST.   We will check the voicemail every 45 minutes and returned calls promptly.  The exception is:

July 1 to September 1 -- We're closed on Monday's.

September 1 to June 30  -- Fridays Only -- Our Phone lines will be closed. AfterHours lines will be opened from 5:30 p.m. to 11:45 p.m.  We will only accept emails, voicemails, instant Messenger, schedule appointments and faxes.  Business hours the Receptionist will handle calls.

You may be wondering why we are doing this,  we have deadlines that must be met and these two (2)  days are set aside for us to hold phone conference with our current and future clients.


 

 

 

 

 

 

 
HOLIDAYS
Our office will be closed on these days.  During the Christmas holiday, if you need our services, please access our contact page and send us a email.  Our representative on call that day will return a email or a phone call to you.
