accepted through Google Checkout.
****IF A CHARGE BACK OCCURS AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $50.00 WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ACCOUNT FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE SEARCH OF OUR RECORDS.****
Note: Beginning in July 2009 a Convenience Fee ($3.00) will be added to each
online payment transaction.
